Job Description

Develop of quality lesson plans and learning activities for students based on national, local and school standards
Keep up to date with the changes and development in the structure of the curriculum.
Foster high-quality, and engaging form of discussions, bring in proven pedagogical approaches
Develop practical assignments, provide extra resource materials and ensure student's academic growth
Prepare students for later grades by encouraging them to explore learning opportunities and to persevere with challenging tasks
Evaluate and monitor student's performance continuously, and provide constructive feedbacks to improve their performance
Communicate with parents regarding student's progress periodically
Create a positive environment for students, where they feel comfortable for asking questions, and taking part in classroom
Perform other duties as assigned
