• Organizing the classroom and learning resources to create a positive learning environment
• Motivating pupils with enthusiastic, imaginative presentation
• Maintaining discipline
• Coordinating with Institute Incharge in developing the department and work in alliance with the other academic employees
• Planning and preparing lessopn
• Teaching and counseling
• Preparing question papers
• Preparing academic plans
• Other duties as assigned

Job Specification 

• Bachelors degree with sound academic achievements
• Compassionate and positive attitude and a strong understanding of student development
• A minimum of 1 year experience in similar institutions with knowledge of a variety of effective assessment and evaluation practices
• Excellent oral and communication skills
• Must demonstrate excellent leadership, team, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent counseling and problem-solving skills
• Strong ICT Skills including a very good command of Microsoft Word and Excel

Subject for Teaching : English, Maths, Science, Social Studies, Computer, Music (Vocals), Games Teacher, Arts and Craft (Handicraft) 

Grade for Teaching : Between Grade 1 to 10
