  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Management/Economics/Law or ACCA/ semi qualified CA preferred 
  • A minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience preferably in liaising with Government authorities at different level
  • Strong working experience in partner monitoring
  • Knowledge of Government requirements, statutory compliance, Government rules and regulations.
  • Knowledge of internal audit, audit and policy implementation
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Strong analytical  and interpersonal skills
  • Sound coordination skill
  • Should be able to travel on regular basis
  • Good orientation and training skills
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and Nepali language

Job Description

  • Ensure that ING Group is up-to-date and has complied with Government requirement/s
  • Coordinate with government bodies for the approval of various programmes and projects run by ING Group.
  • Train/monitor/support all units of ING Group to ensure compliance with Nepal government’s rules and regulations,
  • Facilitate and be responsible for smooth operation of ING Group
  • Organize and plan regular internal audit in all units of ING Group
  • Policy Mapping
  • Review and analyze federal, provincial and local data flow regularly in support with the monitoring, evaluation and learning team to improve liaison with Government on data alignment
  • Support organizations to achieve greater conflict sensitivity and adherence to Basic Operating Guidelines
  • Liaise with government and other stakeholders at both district and local level, representing the positions of ING Group in the district as required, advocating on issues of importance to ING Group as directed
