Job Description

aQysta is developing hydro-powered water pumps, which are innovative and unique and are yet to be known to the stakeholders regarding their benefits and characteristics.

In order to create awareness about aQysta products and technologies to the general stakeholders, create a brand identity of aQysta, and generate leads for our products, we are looking for a Global Marketing Officer to lead aQysta's marketing activities.
The position will be a part of the global team of aQysta, and will be  working in collaboration with international colleagues from different countries.

The position is expected to build a long-term marketing strategy for aQysta and implement it together with marketing officers in each country. Thus, the position requires in-depth knowledge about agriculture technology, marketing and excellent leadership skills.

 Responsibilities:

  • Building and implementing a successful long-term marketing strategy for different aQysta products and services including defining target groups, marketing channels, and marketing messages
  • Defining and implementing a strategy to increase generated leads by 200% within the first six months
  • Functionally leading and guiding focus country marketing officers
  • Creating an emotional, localized, and viral ad campaign in focus countries (like India, Malawi, Indonesia, etc)
  • Evaluating current brand identity and turning it to “unique and awesome”
  • Re-vamping website and online presence in line with new brand identity
  • Creating engaging marketing content to educate stakeholders about our work (how our technology works, what is our working model etc.)
  • Collection and analysis of marketing-related metrics
  • Well-represent the company in trade fairs, conferences, and seminars
