We are currently seeking a professional Germany Counselor to join our team in a pivotal role that will help shape the futures of aspiring international students.

Responsibilities

Conduct personalized counseling sessions to assess students' academic backgrounds, career aspirations, and study abroad interests.
Provide comprehensive information on study programs, universities, admission requirements, scholarships, and immigration procedures.
Assist students in identifying and shortlisting suitable universities based on their preferences and qualifications.
Achieve quarterly and annual student conversion targets, ensuring timely follow-ups with prospective and existing students.
Guide students through the application process, including document submission and essay reviews.
Advise on standardized tests required for admission and monitor students' progress in preparation.
Inform students about estimated costs associated with studying abroad and assist in exploring financial aid options.
Familiarize students with visa application processes and maintain ongoing communication for support.
Promote our services at education fairs and workshops while building relationships with educational institutions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in educational consultancy or study abroad counseling.
Strong understanding of study abroad processes, admissions, and visa requirements.
Exceptional counseling, relationship-management, and communication skills.
High integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM software.
