Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Geologist to support our limestone mining operations at Jyamire Mines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for surveying, mapping, and analyzing geological data to ensure efficient and sustainable extraction of limestone for cement production.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct geological surveys and mapping of limestone deposits.
  • Analyze rock and soil samples to determine quality and feasibility of extraction.
  • Plan and supervise core drilling and sampling programs.
  • Maintain geological databases and prepare detailed reports and documentation.
  • Assist in mine planning and development based on geological data.
  • Monitor environmental impact and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with mining engineers, site supervisors, and other stakeholders.
  • Advise management on geological risks and extraction strategies.
