Job Description

Education: Master of Science in geology or a related field.
Experience: 5 years of experience in quality assurance and quality control in the construction industry
Work Location: Site-based
Reporting To: Project Manager

Role and Responsibilities:

Conduct geological surveys and site investigations to assess ground conditions.
Monitor excavation, slope stabilization, and foundation works to ensure compliance with geological recommendations.
Conduct post-construction geological inspections to ensure long-term stability of the project.
Prepare detailed geological reports, including maps, cross-sections.
Provide geological constraints and recommendations to the project Manager/Project Engineer.
Work closely with project engineers, environmental teams, and contractors to integrate geological findings into project planning.
Support construction teams during excavation, foundation laying, and tunneling/Surge shaft excavation.
