Roles and responsibilities of this job

Blue Dolphin Enterprises is looking for a skilled and dedicated Generator Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair diesel generator sets and related electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform preventive maintenance and servicing of diesel generators.
Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults.
Install, commission, and test generator sets.
Replace filters, belts, hoses, batteries, and other spare parts.
Prepare service reports and maintain maintenance records.
Attend breakdown calls and provide on-site support.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company standards.
Coordinate with the store and service team for spare parts requirements.
Maintain tools and equipment in good condition.
Provide technical support and customer service when required.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Diploma Certificate

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Diploma/ITI/CTEVT in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (preferred).
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in diesel generator maintenance and repair.
Knowledge of engines, alternators, controllers, and electrical systems.
Ability to read wiring diagrams and use diagnostic tools.
Willingness to travel for field service assignments.
Valid driving license will be an advantage.
