  • Manage client relationship lifecycle from lead generation to closure.
  • Approve sales proposals, pricing, and promotional offers.
  • Ensure proper documentation, agreements, and handover procedures.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns (digital, print, events) to promote projects.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and campaigns.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer preferences and competitive positioning.
  • Oversee promotional events, exhibitions, and customer engagement programs.
  • Coordinate with creative agencies, media partners, and PR teams.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Set KPIs for sales, and marketing teams; conduct periodic reviews.
  • Prepare budgets, forecasts, and performance reports for senior management.
