Job Description

We are looking for a person who accepts a challenging job involving SALES, SPARE PARTS AND WORKSHOP thus confirms working as Team Leader directly under Managing Director. 

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop and implement strategy and budgets for the operational management of the Sales, Service, and Spare Parts Division within agreed targets and timelines, in coordination with the MD
  • Monitor measure and report on operational issues, opportunities, and development plans for achievement within agreed formats and timescales
  • Develop procedures and processes that adequately support the business and secure the quality of the work
  • Ensure that relationships with principals companies are developed and maintained and that common business is developed appropriately
  • Ensure the appropriate recruitment of managers and staff; facilitate their training and development and assessment of their capabilities by using appropriate systems for measuring KPIs
  • Liaise with other functional/department managers so as to understand all required aspects and needs of operational development, and to ensure they are fully informed of operational objectives, purpose and achievements
  • Ensure that business operations are conducted according to the company procedures and policies and general values
  • As a member of the management team of the company contribute to the overall development of the company
