Reporting: M.D./CEO

We are seeking an experienced, passionate, creative, and driven professionals to join our growing team. If you have the right skills, experience, and leadership qualities, this is your opportunity!

This hands-on role manages day-to-day operations on behalf of the M.D./CEO at E-Spot Club, overseeing:

Food & Beverage Production and Service
Restaurants, Catering & Hospitality Operations
Inventory, Cost & Quality Control
Customer Experience & Issue Resolution
HR, Admin, Security & SOP Compliance

Major Responsibilities:

Overall Operations Leadership:

Lead and manage all restaurant, catering, and Hospitality operations
Ensure smooth coordination across kitchen, service, admin, and security
Take full ownership of daily operations and problem-solving
Act as the primary operational authority under the CEO.

Food & Beverage Operations:

Supervise Executive Chef, chefs, and service staff
Maintain food quality, taste consistency, and presentation standards
Control food costs, wastage, and enforce hygiene standards
Oversee food production, kitchen operations, and service hospitality to guarantee a seamless guest experience.
Ensure timely and efficient service, resolving operational challenges promptly

KPI Development & Monitoring:

Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for all levels of staff, from Executive Chef to junior kitchen and service staff.
Set measurable goals for food quality, cost control, service standards, staff productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Monitor and evaluate KPIs monthly, providing feedback and corrective action plans where necessary.

Inventory & Cost Control:

Implement strict stock control and vendor coordination
Monitor operational costs and drive profitability
Oversee inventory management for food, beverages, equipment and consumables.
Ensure food costs and wastage remain within company-defined limits.
Achieve set sales targets while maintaining high quality and service standards.

Customer Experience:

Resolve complaints, feedback, and service failures professionally
Maintain high customer satisfaction and brand standards across all outlets, events and services.
Resolve service failures immediately with professional judgement

HR, Admin & Security Oversight:

Supervise staff discipline, recruitment, training, and performance
Coordinate security, safety, and emergency preparedness
Enforce SOPs, policies, and code of conduct across all departments.

Reporting:

Provide daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports to the M.D./CEO
Implement management decisions and operational strategies
Share performance insights, challenges, risk areas and improvement plans

Career Path: General Manager → Group Operations Lead → Hospitality Director/CEO (Future Expansion)

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:More than 7 years

Other Specification

Education:

Master's in Hospitality Management Compulsory (MBA/MHM preferred)
Practical leadership experience is key

Experience:

Minimum 7–10 years in restaurants, hotels, catering, or event venues
Senior roles like GM, Operations Manager, or Senior F&B Operations Manager are highly preferred

Skills & Competencies:

Strong leadership & people management
Deep understanding of F&B service hospitality operations
Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and operational skills
Strong knowledge of inventory, costing and financial controls
Ability to handle pressure, peak operations and large-scale events.

Languages:

Nepali: Fluent (mandatory)
English: Working proficiency
