Roles and responsibilities of this job

Set and achieve sales targets, develop revenue strategies.
Plan and execute campaigns, increase brand visibility.
Monitor financial performance, manage expenses.
Mentor and guide sales and marketing team.
Ensure high levels of customer service.
Monitor and optimize inventory levels.
Ensure adherence to policies and regulations.
Identify new opportunities for growth.
Must achieve the sales target on quarter basis.
Team building and take care of every Honda staff emotionally and professionally.

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 5 years

Other Specification

Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
Minimum 5 years in sales, marketing, and finance, preferably in automotive industry.
Understanding of Honda bikes market, trends, and competition.
Ability to manage and motivate sales team effectively.
Proficient in financial management and analysis.
Track record in sales growth and marketing strategies.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Problem-Solving: Ability to identify challenges and develop solutions.
