Job Description

  • Evaluate company’s financial, operational and sales and marketing structures to plan for continual improvements.
  • Responsible for the development and delivery of the strategic plan to achieve business objectives, drive, profit and customer service.
  • Handling complaints, and oversee the service recovery procedures.
  • Establish a structured multi-channel sales framework across the business operations with a focus on building a high – performance sales culture.
  • Plan, Develop, implement and direct the organizational operational and fiscal function and performance.
  • Supervise in the daily operations & functions of Property Management and Sales & Marketing.
  • Provide guidance, leadership, and mentoring to Sales & Marketing team and Property Management team in their assigned duties.
  • Coordinate with Sales & Marketing team for strategies and opportunities to increase revenue.
  • Lead all key property issues.
  • Responsible for effective financial management reporting and sales forecasting.
  • Recruiting, Training and Supervising Staffs.
  • Planning budgets analyses sales figures and prepare Monthly report.
  • Ensure employees work productivity and development.
  • Anticipate client needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Hold weekly briefings and meetings with all departments.
  • Communicate and report effectively to Executive Board Team.

Note: Preference would be given to Construction/Real estate/Trading background.
