We are looking for an experienced, motivated and responsible person to manage the factory and branch. 

What's expected from you?

• Supervise the sales team operating from the office, create new sales goals, maintain credit terms with distributors
• Report to Kathmandu Head Office regarding important aspects, and handle day to day work on your own
• Oversee factory staff and production quality and overall people management
• Handle the accounts department to ensure all work is being done in appropriate time and orderly manner
• You should have knowledge of customs import, banking (LC, TT), VAT, Excise and Accounting standard
• Manage the assets on premise - vehicles, machines etc.
• Ensure smooth operations of factory
• Keeping track of competition and introducing new ideas to boost sales in the region
