We are looking for an organized and goal-oriented General Manager to oversee the running of our organization. The ideal candidate is a seasoned and highly intelligent hospitality professional with outstanding, management skills and extensive hands-on experience. Available to work when needed, including weekends, holidays, and nights.

Job Description

• Responsible for overall operation of the organization. Strategic planning, implementing, audits and continual improvement
  
• Responsible for the preparation, presentation and subsequent achievement of the organization's annual Operating Budget, Marketing & Sales Plan and Capital Budget
• Responsible to provide leadership and strategic planning in coordination with HOD to all departments in support of our service culture, maximized operations and guest satisfaction
• Manage on-going profitability of the organization, ensuring revenue and guest satisfaction targets are met and exceeded
• Respond to audits (internal & external) to ensure continual improvement is achieved
• Responsible for reporting and liable to the board of directors
