Responsible for overall project management of construction projects which includes:

  • Project costing and rate analysis
  • Managing contracts
  • Bidding tenders as per bolpatra rules
  • Scheduling of tasks
  • Procurement plan
  • Manpower planning and mobilization
  • Managing disputes with client and other stakeholders
  • Budgeting
  • Generating on time revenues and disbursements
  • Risk minimization
  • Maintaining relationship with clients and key stakeholders
  • Maintaining quality standards and establishing benchmarks
  • Preparing detailed project report to be submitted to BOD
