Job Description

  • Advises the Board
  • Advocates/promotes organization and stakeholder change related to organization mission
  • Supports motivation of employees in organization products/programs and operations
  • Ensures staff and Board have sufficient and up-to-date information
  • Interfaces between Board and employees
  • Interfaces between organization and members
  • Formulates policies and planning recommendations to the Board
  • Decides or guides courses of action in operations by staff
  • Oversees operations of organization
  • Implements plans
  • Manages human resources of organization
  • Manages financial and physical resources Oversee the organization’s daily operations to ensure efficient communication flow, product flow, quality service and cost-effective management of resources
  • Plan and design businesses, new products and services as well as implement in coordination with various level and external parties
  • Maintain strong relationship with customers for cooperative development
  • Should have excellent computer skill and English proficiency
  • Ability to formulate internal policies as per requirements
  • Play active role in bringing technology for betterment of products, services and business processes
  • Assists in the selection and evaluation of general members
  • Makes recommendations, supports Board during orientation and self-evaluation
  • Effectively manages the human resources of the organization according to authorized personnel policies and procedures that fully conform to current laws and regulations

Note : Preference will be given to the candidate having 5 year of experience in Co-Operative Sector.
