Job Description

Make Gate Entry for Incoming and Outgoing Material In ERP
Verify the identification of all individuals and vehicles entering and exiting the premises and maintain accurate records.
Operate gate entry control systems and issue visitor passes.
Monitor security cameras and respond to any security breaches or suspicious activity.
Enforce company security policies and procedures, including searching vehicles and bags when necessary.
Provide excellent customer service and assist visitors with directions or information.
Respond promptly to emergency situations, such as fire alarms or medical emergencies, and alert the appropriate authorities.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
