Job Description

As we expand into new ventures, we are looking for a dedicated individual to manage and oversee the daily operations of our futsal and recreation center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling futsal bookings, managing cash transactions, following up on payments, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role requires an energetic and proactive individual who can take full ownership of the center’s assets, bookings, and finances. She or he should have a customer-centric mindset, ensuring the best possible customer experience while also contributing to the company’s goals and objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Manage futsal bookings, attend customer inquiries, and provide necessary support to players.
Oversee daily operational tasks, including front-desk management, cash handling, and payment follow-ups.
Make follow-up calls to clients and customers with strong communication skills.
Coordinate with parents of academy players regarding schedules, payments, and program updates.
Ensure the center runs smoothly by maintaining transparency and providing daily reports to the supervisor.
Handle disputes calmly and tactfully to ensure quick resolution without affecting customer experience.
