• Has sound knowledge of .Net Framework and SQL
  
• Involved in technical side of the ERP implementation with the Implementation team
  
• Learn about the ERP alongwith the implementation consultants and recommend best practices in Industry
  
• Take full responsibility on technical side of the software implementation
  
• Take requirements from different departments and develop & draft reports in ERP
  
• Continuously upgrade ERP for smooth functioning & exploring new dimensions in retail business with viewpoint of ERP
  
• Business process understanding and configuration i.e. understanding current practices, simplify and automate the processes to the extent possible
  
• Analyse, Evaluate, Execute and monitor the ERP in all verticals. High degree of Analytical skills is required alongwith the vision in robustness of ERP for the scalable business
  
• Good Presentation and communication skills as training is to be conducted for all users in the Company
