Fullstack Web Developer

We are looking for a passionate and capable Full Stack Developer with solid experience in React.js and Django, along with strong frontend/backend fundamentals, software architecture design, and Docker-based development workflows.

Role Overview: 

In this role, you’ll play a key part in maintaining and expanding our custom-built ERP platform, as well as building modern full-stack web applications from scratch using technologies like Next.js, PostgreSQL, Celery, and WebSockets.

We embrace the use of AI-powered development tools and welcome candidates who actively integrate such tools into their workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack features for our ERP system using Django (REST API) and React.js
• Build responsive, performant apps using Next.js (functional components + hooks)
• Integrate and maintain WebSocket connections and consume REST APIs
• Architect scalable, modular systems with Docker-based deployments
• Work with PostgreSQL for data modeling, performance tuning, and migrations
• Implement async tasks using Celery and Redis
• Conduct testing (unit/integration), code reviews, and performance optimization
• Stay current on trends in AI/automation and continuously improve developer productivity

Additional Note: We're prioritizing candidates who are based in Kathmandu and can work on-site from our Baluwatar office.
