Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are a US based firm looking for an experienced Senior Ruby on Rails Full-stack developer in Nepal with the following critieria:

Experienced in full-stack Ruby on Rails development for past 2-3 years
Experienced in working in a corporate environment, also if you have worked as a full-time Ruby on Rails freelancer for some years, please apply
Frontend experience in React/haml
Able to manage a team and articulate high-level concepts and efficiently communicate with executives, demonstrated by experience in previous roles, if you have worked in a corporate environment before.
Experienced in Database modelling and design, relational-dbs and Nosql

Job Timing : Flexible ( On-Site + Remote ), 40h per week i.e 8h/day

Salary : Negotiable

Type of Employment: Contractual ( i.e you will be fully responsible for your income taxes in your local jurisdiction) as we do not have a branch in Nepal.

Location: Balkot, Bhaktapur, Nepal

Benefits: all non-working public holidays of Nepal, paid medical leaves, paid maternal/paternal leaves, vacation leaves.
