Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a talented and motivated Fullstack Developer with strong experience in React, Node.js, and PostgreSQL to join our development team. You will be responsible for building, maintaining, and scaling modern web applications, collaborating closely with product designers, backend engineers, and DevOps.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and maintain web applications (frontend + backend)
Build RESTful APIs (or GraphQL APIs)
Implement secure authentication (JWT, OAuth)
Work with relational databases (PostgreSQL)
Integrate third-party services (Stripe, AWS S3, email/SMS services)
Build admin dashboards, reports, and analytics features
Ensure applications are responsive, scalable, and performant
Collaborate with designers and other team members (Git workflow)

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Experience Level:

2–5 years of full-stack development experience building production apps
Portfolio or GitHub projects that demonstrate the ability to build both frontend and backend

Required Technical Skills:

Frontend:

React.js (with hooks, context API)
Next.js (bonus)
TailwindCSS / Material UI / Ant Design
Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+)

Backend:

Node.js + Express (or NestJS)
REST API development (GraphQL bonus)
Websockets / Socket.io (bonus for real-time apps)

Database:

PostgreSQL (or MongoDB experience)
Ability to design and query relational schemas

Others:

JWT / OAuth for authentication
Git / GitHub (or GitLab, Bitbucket)
Stripe / Razorpay / PayPal integration
AWS basics (S3, EC2, CloudFront) or equivalent cloud services

Soft Skills:

Ability to write clean, maintainable code
Good communication & teamwork skills
Problem-solving mindset
Ability to work independently on full lifecycle: design, development, deployment

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):

TypeScript
Redis / caching strategies
Docker basics
CI/CD pipeline experience (GitHub Actions / GitLab CI / similar)
SEO optimization (if using Next.js)
