Position Overview: 

Our in-house (Full-time, regular) faculty member is responsible for achieving the strategic objectives of the college by playing the roles of teacher, scholar, researcher, and mentor. She/he reports to the Head of Department (Department In-Charge).  The faculty member is responsible for developing the lesson plan, conducting classes, tutorials and laboratory sessions on the regular basis and evaluating students’ performance.

Key roles and responsibilities:

• Conducting the Teaching and Learning Activities (Prepare lessons plan and conduct classroom teaching and learning activities; develop teaching-learning materials, Conduct Assessments and exams, Execute Field Activities, Conduct Lab Activities, etc.)
• Conducting various student support functions (get enrolled in admission, counseling and induction, career mentoring, placements and corrective disciplinary supports)
• Administrative and other functions (Participate in different committees and meetings, in conducting other co-curricular and extracurricular activities, brainstorming sessions, student management issues and supports as sought by college)
• Involve in research and other activities/duties as assigned by the college. 

Duty Station:  

• The duty station is Kathford International College of Engineering and Management, Balkumari, Lalitpur.
