Education Level	:	Under Graduate (Bachelor)
Experience Required	:	More than or equal to 3 years

Other Specification

Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
Must be Experience working in an Agile Development Process
Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in Software Engineering
Experience in creating and maintaining Node js backend applications with various API technologies such as REST, Graphql and RPC
Experience in creating User Interface with React Framework. Any JS based frontend framework would be a plus
Experience working with Container Orchestration tools( Docker, K8, etc ), messaging ( Redis PubSub, Kafka, etc), SQL based databases (Postgresql, Mysql, Mssql) and NoSQL based databases (Elasticsearch, MongoDB)
Good knowledge of software architectural models (Pub-Sub, FSM), designs and business processes
Excellent understanding of object-oriented design concepts and software development processes and methods
Ability to follow Test Driven Development ( TDD ) and review the written codes thoroughly before passing for a peer review
Passion for development and ability to learn latest technologies
Familiar with secure code practices.
Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Possess strong troubleshooting, code optimization and refactoring skills

Job Description

We are looking for highly enthusiastic developers who are comfortable with both frontend and backend programming. Full Stack Software Engineers are responsible for developing and designing frontend and backend web based applications, and creating and maintaining new features on existing applications. They are also responsible for ensuring the responsiveness of applications, and working on strict deadlines.

Full Stack Software Engineers will be required to see out a project from conception to final product, requiring organizational skills and attention to detail.

What You’ll Do:

Work as a key member of our Agile Development team to design, develop and deliver high-quality software products and features
Work with various stakeholders for development of various features on existing products and services
Apply your understanding of system design, concepts and software development processes to create maintainable and testable code
Guide junior developers as needed, providing mentorship and support to help them grow and develop their skills
