B.L.C. International Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Website Administrator (SEO Focused). We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional who can contribute to our Digital Marketing, Website Support, SEO, and IT team while playing a crucial role in the company’s success.

This role is ideal for tech-savvy professionals who are passionate about website management, SEO optimization, digital growth, and user experience enhancement.

Key Responsibilities:

Apply strong working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and Laravel Framework to support website enhancements and custom functionality
Collaborate with Creative, Growth, and Marketing teams to deliver high-performing digital content across web and marketing platforms
Develop and manage website content, landing pages, and digital assets with a strong focus on SEO, performance, and user experience
Implement and maintain SEO best practices, including on-page SEO, image and video optimization, metadata alignment, internal linking, and content structure
Support website development and ongoing maintenance, ensuring stability, speed, accessibility, and SEO compliance
Work extensively with WordPress for content updates, page builds, plugin management, and performance improvements
Assist with digital asset updates, including videos, downloadable content, and marketing resources
Provide website troubleshooting and technical support by identifying and resolving front-end and CMS-related issues
Collaborate on continuous website optimization initiatives focused on UX, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and search engine visibility
Monitor website performance metrics and recommend improvements for traffic growth and user engagement
Support digital marketing campaigns through SEO-focused content and technical optimization strategies
Ensure websites remain updated, secure, and aligned with current industry standards and best practices

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT or a related field
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in web designing, website administration, SEO, or digital marketing-related roles

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong understanding of digital content strategy, including performance, engagement, and SEO alignment
High attention to detail and ability to work consistently within established brand and content guidelines
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across Creative, Marketing, Growth, and IT teams
Familiarity with current digital, web, and SEO best practices, including content optimization, usability, and performance standards
Proficiency in HTML and CSS, with hands-on experience in website updates, optimization, and ongoing maintenance
Tech-savvy, strong multi-tasker, and team player with experience working in a technology or IT-focused environment
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines
Proficient in both spoken and written English
Knowledge of automation tools and AI-driven technologies to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and support digital growth

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: NRs. 65,000 (+ based on experience)

Office Time: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
