About the job

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Mid Level Full Stack developer to work on our core product. We have two main products and we use Ruby on Rails and angular mostly.

You will be a member of our development team building new feature in our existing application and also fixing bugs.

This is a remote position, you can work from anywhere in Nepal. We currently have a small team in Nepal

What You’ll Do

• Design and develop our existing application
• Develop new user-facing features.
• Perform code analysis, requirements analysis, testing and code review.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Take an active part in planning and designing features. Working closely with the stakeholders and co-founders in order to fulfill the product vision.
• Implement and test your code with unit and integration tests

At a minimum, We’d Like You to Have

• 1.5+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails
• Good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Javascript and responsive design
• Good knowledge of object-oriented programming and design patterns
• Highly motivated problem solver, team player, and a passion for technologies

Ideally, You'll Also Have

• Understanding of front-end JavaScript, design patterns for high performance applications and Core Web Vitals
• Ability to write effective unit, integration, and end-user automation tests
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
• Sound problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly process complex information and present it clearly and simply
• Utilizes team collaboration to create innovative solutions efficiently
