About the Role:

We’re seeking a versatile Full-Stack Developer with strong coding skills in Python and React, a willingness to learn Flutter, and the capability to take on a wide range of responsibilities from infrastructure and testing to digital marketing and product ideation. This role is perfect for a self-motivated individual who thrives in a startup-like environment and is eager to grow across multiple disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

Code Development & Maintenance

Develop and maintain backend services using Python
Build and enhance frontend applications using React
Learn and support existing applications built with Flutter

DevOps & Deployment

Use Git proficiently for branching, merging, and code deployment
Manage AWS infrastructure:

Deploy new servers

Migrate and retire old servers, ensuring full transfer of code and databases

Code Quality & Compliance

Keep codebases compliant and up to date by:
Upgrading packages and dependencies
Fixing bugs and known issues
Enhancing UI/UX across backend and frontend interfaces

Testing & QA

Conduct manual and automated testing as needed to ensure code reliability and performance

AI Productivity Tools

Leverage tools like ChatGPT or Grok to generate proofs of concept and improve coding speed
Adapt AI-generated code to meet specific organizational requirements

Product & Strategy Involvement

Participate in architecting new products and systems
Contribute to product ideation, UX planning, and overall roadmap discussions
Wear multiple hats as needed, including roles in digital marketing, user research, and strategic planning
