Yakana IT Solutions is seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with over 3 years of experience to join our dynamic team on a full-time contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java and Spring Boot for backend development, React for frontend development, and experience with MySQL or PostgreSQL databases. Additionally, experience with Shopify app development and AWS is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web applications using Java, Spring Boot, and React.
• Design and manage database schemas in MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
• Utilize AWS services to enhance application performance and scalability.
• Develop and integrate Shopify apps to enhance e-commerce capabilities.
• Manage project tasks and track progress using Jira.
• Use Bitbucket for version control and code collaboration.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
• Solid experience with React and modern front-end technologies.
• Hands-on experience with MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Experience with version control systems, particularly Bitbucket.
• Experience with JIRA 
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Shopify app development.
• Familiarity with AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, and RDS.
• Proficiency in using Jira for project management.
