Full Stack Developer with Proficiency in Japanese Language 

We are seeking a skilled Fullstack Developer with expertise in Node.js and React to join our dynamic development team. In addition to technical proficiency, this role requires fluency in the Japanese language to effectively communicate with stakeholders, clients, and team members in Japan. As a Fullstack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both frontend and backend components of our web applications. Your ability to work with the latest web technologies and your knowledge of the Japanese language will be instrumental in delivering high-quality solutions. 

What you’ll be doing: 

• Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications using Node.js and React. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and product managers, to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. 
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, adhering to coding standards and best practices. 
• Implement and maintain backend APIs and services using Node.js, ensuring their stability, security, and performance. 
• Design and develop user interfaces using React, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience. 
• Perform thorough testing and debugging to identify and resolve issues promptly. 
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Collaborate with frontend and backend developers to ensure the integration of frontend and backend components. 
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web development and share knowledge with the team. 
• Communicate effectively in Japanese with stakeholders, clients, and team members based in Japan. 
• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and provide constructive feedback to peers. 

What we’re looking for: 

• 3+ years of proficiency in Node.js and React 
• Experience with frontend technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. 
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming. 
• Strong knowledge of database systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and proficiency in writing efficient database queries. 
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies. 
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Japanese and English. 
• Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment. 
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
