Job Description

They will lead the department, ensuring the delivery of personalized guest services and relations to enhance the hotel guest experience and create lasting memories. By strategically planning to maximize profits while paying close attention to detail, they will set an example for the staff to uphold Hotel Sarowar's standards of service, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction by maintaining standards for guest services and resolving any issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff. Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and support.
  • Oversee daily operations of the department and ensure all the works are completed accurately.
  • Monitor and manage budgets, expenses, and revenue. Implement cost-saving strategies and ensure profitability.
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless service and address any operational issues.
  • Ensure all operations comply with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
  • Conduct regular inspections and address any issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.
  •  Conduct daily briefings with front office staff to communicate important information, address issues, and motivate the team.
  • Monitor staff behavior and professionalism, ensuring they adhere to company standards and provide excellent guest service.
  • Ensuring the departmental SOP's are being implemented.
