ave full knowledge of the UI, cross-browser compatibility, DOM, new HTML5 constructs, CSS3 & pre-processors SASS
Strong experience in Responsive Web Design.
Strong JavaScript development skills, understanding of new ES6 concepts.
Basic knowledge of image authoring tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, to be able to crop, resize, or perform small adjustments on an image.
Good understanding of SEO principles and ensuring that application will adhere to them.
Keep up to date with the newest technologies
Develop features and create fulfilling user experiences
A strong understanding of, and practical experience with, web application development
A sincere commitment to crafting readable and reliable code
BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline
Experience mentoring other engineers, and the desire to lead

Develop visually accurate user-driven websites from design using HTML / CSS / JavaScript / React / Redux / Tailwind / Flutter
Develop and test across multiple browsers, platforms, and devices, including smartphones and tablets
Have strong understanding and experience in user interface and user experience design
Design, develop, and implement web and mobile client
Implement APIs
Design and implement A/B testing and design improvement
Take a lead role with other engineers and designers to deliver strong customer-focused experiences
Assist project managers in estimating projects for agency clients
Practice disciplined software engineering (e.g. clean code, code reviews, and writing beautiful, pragmatic code).
Develop ideas for new projects, products, and services.
Participate in internal company development, including but not limited to, documentation, best practices development, etc.
Actively contribute to team and company standards.
Maintain current site, fix issues that arise.
Mentor junior team member.
