Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing and Training Officer, preferably with a Health Assistant (HA) background, to promote, demonstrate, and train clients on our healthcare software systems and digital health products.

This role involves frequent field visits in Madhesh Province, product demonstrations, user training, follow-up support, and representing the company among healthcare institutions.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and demonstrate healthcare software to hospitals, clinics, and health institutions.
Conduct field visits and build strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
Provide on-site and remote user training sessions.
Support clients with product usage and coordinate issue resolution.
Prepare basic training materials and maintain visit/training reports.
Follow up with clients to ensure proper product adoption and satisfaction.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Health Assistant (HA) background preferred.
Experience in healthcare, training, marketing, or software demonstration is an advantage.
Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer and software understanding.
Willingness to travel frequently within Madhesh Province.
