Roles and responsibilities of this job

Education Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management or related field.

Experience: Minimum 1 years of experience in related field; preferably in 4-5 star hotel properties

Responsibilities:

Assign room according to guest request and preferences whenever possible
Block rooms and identify designated requirements and requests (e.g., guaranteed room types, special requests, VIP's, early arrivals, guest recognition)
dry cleaning) by making arrangements or identifying appropriate providers
Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services (e.g., transportation, reservations, Supply guests with directions and information regarding property amenities, services, and hours of operation, and local areas of interest and activities
Set up accurate accounts for each guest upon check-in according to their requirements
Gather, summarize, and utilize information about the property and the surrounding area amenities, including special events and activities
Communicate guest and employee messages by printing and arranging for delivery
Follow up with guest regarding satisfaction with guest-related issues
