Job Description

Hotel Sarowar is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Front Office Manager/ Executive. As a senior-level member of our organization, the ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the front office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the front office, including managing a team of front desk staff and ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes for guests.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and ensure high-quality customer service.
  • Train and mentor front office staff to maintain high standards of professionalism and efficiency.
  • Monitor and manage room inventory to maximize occupancy and revenue.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of front office operations, including financial transactions and guest information.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to front office staff.
  • Ensure compliance with all hotel policies and procedures, as well as local laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficient in using hotel management software and other relevant computer programs.
  • Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies is a plus.
