Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office- Lobby Ambassador at Lemon Tree Hotels in Kathmandu. The role involves welcoming guests, providing excellent customer service, managing front desk operations, handling guest inquiries, and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience.
