  • 5+ Years of experience is must from Recruitment sector
  • Should be well versed with MS office package
  • Flexible to travel within Nepal
  • Bachelors and Masters in any field will be preferred
  • Track record in designing and executing successful recruitment programs
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively

Job Description

  • Planning recruitment strategies and activities
  • Responsible to maintain the face value and brand value of the company
  • Dealing with enquiries from the candidates and recruitment channels like, Training centers, colleges
  • Aggressive follow ups with walk-in candidates from the data bank and pool of candidates
  • Organizing and managing the candidates at the time of interview drives
  • Providing daily reports to Secretaries/Coordinators and Managers with information about new progress on recruitment
  • Maintaining a Report format or day book with the full entries of shortlisted candidates on daily basis
  • Liaising with clients at the time of interviews
  • Responsible to share feedback to the candidates, while making them understanding about job role
  • Enroll the eligible candidates in Projects by filling the forms
  • Check the proper Documents and recommend in case of shortage
  • Retain the candidates in friendly environment and polite manner and provide detail information upon their query
