Job Description

  • Qualification: BHM or equivalent in hospitality field 
  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in similar position in 4/5 star category hotel; 
  • Knowledge of Opera and related systems 

Responsibilities:

  • Work with managers and employees to carry out procedures ensuring an efficient check in and check out process.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring the quality, standards and meeting the expectations of the customers on a daily basis 
  • Ensure guest and employee satisfaction and maximize the financial performance of the department
  • Assist the Front Office Manager in administering front office functions and supervising staff on a daily basis.
