Job Description

  • Welcome visitors, guests and direct appropriately
  • Answer incoming calls, assist callers, take messages, and provide information, direct calls to staff members
  • Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence
  • Receive, sign for and acknowledge the receipt of postal packages
  • Provide administrative assistance to the managerial staffs
  • Maintain calendar of schedules, events and meetings for all the managerial staffs
  • Make preparations of meetings
  • Maintain logbook of visitors
  • Also perform any other tasks, as and when required, as assigned by the senior level staff(s)
