Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Use proper telephone etiquette while keeping track of messages.
Represent the resort to the guest throughout all stages of the guest’s stay.
Assist in guest registration, allocate rooms and accommodates special requests whenever possible.
Thoroughly understand and adheres to proper credit and payment handling policies and procedures.
Liaise with housekeeping team and verifies accurate room status and communicate
Provide detail information to guests about the property and the available activities.
Promptly address guest problems efficiently and courteously.
Recognizes the available room types and room rates.
Efficiently process guest check outs.

Preference shall be given to candidates living in nearby areas.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 2 years

Other Specification

BHM or Diploma In Hospitality or relevant field.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in related field is desirable.
Knowledge of Foreign languages will be an added advantage.
