Job Description

Godawari Grand Silauta is currently seeking a professional and experienced Front Office Administrator to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently managing the front office operations of our hotel, resort, or restaurant, ensuring smooth and seamless guest experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Manage front desk activities, including check-ins, check-outs, and responding to guest inquiries and complaints.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date room reservation records and assist in managing room inventory.
  • Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations and timely resolution of any issues.
  • Assist in the preparation of daily reports, including room occupancy, revenue, and more.
  • Manage and update guest information, including contact details, preferences, and special requests.
  • Answer incoming calls, emails, and messages promptly and efficiently.
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and securely.
  • Uphold and maintain the organization's standard operating procedures at the front desk.
  • Train and supervise junior staff, ensuring they adhere to set guidelines and policies.
