  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

Job Description

  • Greeting the visitors and determines the purpose of each person’s visit 
  • Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes 
  • Assisting in general correspondence such as typing letters & documents as required
  • Keeping front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)
  • Preparing memos, letters, and other important correspondences as & when required
  • Answering phone calls in a professional manner, address complaints, company queries and routing calls as necessary
  • Maintaining call logs and take messages and schedules appointments
