Job Overview

Brihatpreneurs is looking for a proactive, adaptable, and well-organized Front Desk Officer/Admin Officer to support its daily operations and administrative activities.

The candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors, entrepreneurs, mentors, and business partners. Along with managing front-desk responsibilities, the candidate will assist in office administration, coordination, documentation, and organizational activities.

As Brihatpreneurs operates in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment, we are looking for someone who is willing to take initiative, adapt to changing priorities, learn new things, and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Front Desk & Communication

• Welcome and attend to visitors, entrepreneurs, mentors, and business partners professionally.
• Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and general inquiries.
• Manage incoming and outgoing letters, documents, and courier deliveries.
• Maintain visitor records and ensure proper communication with concerned team members.
• Maintain a welcoming and professional office environment.

2. Administrative Support

• Maintain and organize office documents, files, and records.
• Assist in preparing official letters, reports, notices, and other documents.
• Handle printing, scanning, photocopying, and other routine office tasks.
• Monitor office supplies and coordinate their procurement when required.
• Assist in maintaining attendance records and other administrative registers.

3. Office & Program Coordination

• Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and managing meeting rooms.
• Coordinate with entrepreneurs, mentors, experts, and other stakeholders.
• Support the planning and execution of workshops, training sessions, meetings, and organizational events.
• Assist the team with documentation, follow-ups, and coordination tasks.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.

4. General Organizational Support

• Take up additional responsibilities based on organizational requirements.
• Support different teams and activities when needed.
• Identify routine operational issues and take initiative to find practical solutions.
• Adapt to changing priorities and contribute wherever support is required.
