Job Description

Welcomes visitors and job seeker by greeting them, in person or on the telephone and answering their inquiries
Pre- Screen the jobseeker whether they are suitable for the job position or not as requirement of the company
Helping jobseeker to get understand about requirement of demand.
Scanning the documents of the job seekers and updating their status to the respective incharge
Supporting other teams with various tasks
Provide a meet and greet function for Placements walk-in candidate and successfully communicating demand information and providing advice
Maintain a positive attitude and contribute towards a quality environment
Maintaining accurate records of all walk-in clients and phone call. Any and all paperwork, documentation, contact details, reports or lists generated will remain the property of Placements

Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM
