CIC Education Hub Pvt. ltd. was established in 2018-07-27 A.D while students were increasing to go abroad for better education and better opportunity for job after their higher education. It is located in the Putaliadak-28, Kathmandu. We are providing counseling and other services by highly experienced and qualified counselors and instructors inside the well-equipped building with 5 rooms. We have well managed and Whole office is facilitated by free Wi-Fi, so that students can use internet anytime for their preparation, processing etc. Instructors and counselors of this company are very client friendly and supportive.

Objectives:

To search for better destination in terms of investment and future job prospective
To conduct the test preparation for abroad study like English language, TOEFL, IELTS,
To contact to the universities, colleges and polytechnic for course choice by student d. To provide counseling service for abroad study.

Working area and Scope Obviously, students are willing to go abroad for better opportunity. So, we are providing/are going to provide counseling service for 3 college diploma level to post graduate course.

Job Description

Greet guests and provide them with superb customer service.
Ensure the front desk is neat, presentable, and equipped with all the necessary supplies such as pens, forms, and paper.
Answer all client questions and incoming calls.
Redirect phone calls to the appropriate department and take down messages.
Accept all letters and packages, and distribute them to their appropriate departments.
Monitor, organize and forward emails.
Track and order office equipment and supplies.
Maintain records and files.
Oversee the office budget.
