Responsible for handling all the incoming and outgoing calls

Should be well mannered and be conscious on visitors and make sure they are comfortable
Direct visitors to the appropriate person/department
Schedule appointments maintaining & updating calendars, reminding respective personnel for the appointments
Keep the attendance book and other materials as required
Proactively initiate, develop and maintain effective working relationship with team members
