Front Desk Officer

Position: Junior Assistant/ Assistant
Major Area of Operation: Public Relation 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operates telecommunication system by following organizational policies and instruction
  
• Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming and directing them appropriately
• Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival
• Maintains security and telecommunication system
• Inform visitors by answering and or referring queries
• Closely work with different department 
• Arrange and coordinate internal and external team 
• Build and maintain relationship with sales/marketing team of banks and different organizations
