  • Ensure the effective and efficient operation of school's front of house 
  • Manage telephone switchboard and handle general inquiries
  • Maintain public relation with visiting customers
  • Ensure smooth flow of information to both internal and external customers
  • Assist supervisors to carry out day to day operation
  • Carry out others administrative and clerical jobs as it when required
