Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Greet clients as soon as they arrive and connect them with the appropriate party
Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding products and services to our clients
Email correspondence
Recommend product or service from among our clients by collecting customer information and analyzing their product and service needs
Handle and process online and telephonic orders
Deal with complaints or problems
Possibly managing office supplies such as stationery, equipment and furniture
Ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction
Know the client's products and services and stay updated with the related issues
Assist the Administrative department, store & other departments to discuss & maintain inventory management
Maintain daily, weekly, monthly report
Listen and respond to customers’ needs and concerns
Provide information about our services
Record details of customer contacts and actions are taken
Create and maintain a good relationship among the clients
Other Task assigned by supervisor/Management

Excellent communication and presentation skill (English/Nepali/Hindi)
Excellent typing Skill (English/Nepali)
Proven customer support experience
Track record of over-achieving quota
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Familiar with CRM systems and practices
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
