Job Description

  • Greet clients as soon as they arrive and connect them with the appropriate party
  • Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding products and services to our clients
  • Email correspondence
  • Recommend product or service from among our clients by collecting customer information and analyzing their product and service needs
  • Handle and process online and telephonic orders
  • Deal with complaints or problems
  • Possibly managing office supplies such as stationery, equipment and furniture
  • Ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction
  • Know the client's products and services and stay updated with the related issues
  • Assist the Administrative department, store & other departments to discuss & maintain inventory management
  • Maintain daily, weekly, monthly report
  • Listen and respond to customers’ needs and concerns
  • Provide information about our services
  • Record details of customer contacts and actions are taken
  • Create and maintain a good relationship among the clients
  • Other Task assigned by supervisor/Management
