Key Responsibilities:

Greet gym members and visitors politely, providing a professional first impression.
Handle member inquiries regarding memberships, services, schedules, and gym rules.
Manage member check-ins, registrations, and maintain accurate front desk records.
Answer phone calls, messages, and respond to general inquiries in a timely manner.
Collect membership fees and assist with billing or receipts as instructed by management.
Coordinate with trainers and management for daily gym operations and schedules.
Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Monitor entry and exit to ensure only authorized members and guests access the gym.
Maintain strict confidentiality of member information, payments, and business data.
Report complaints, incidents, or operational issues to management promptly and responsibly.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:Not Required

Other Specification

High school diploma or equivalent; further education in sports management or related fields is a plus.
Female candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with gym management software is advantageous.
Enthusiasm for fitness and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
